Users' Committee

The Users' Committee at Maimonides is made up of members elected by the resident population and family members. The committee provides one of the ways for residents to communicate their concerns to the Administration and has two representatives on the Board of Directors.

Empowered by Quebec's Health and Social Services Act, the Users' Committee deals with defending the common rights of residents, informing them of their rights and obligations, helping to improve living conditions, assessing their degree of satisfaction and assisting them in any action undertaken, including the filing of a complaint.

The DBM Users' Committee can be reached at 514-483-2379 or  dbm.users.committee@gmail.com
